How can I return items?

You have the right to return all purchased items from hero-on-socks.com, provided that within 14 days of purchasing your order.

The items and the packaging must be unopened and undamaged. When you want to return an item you are responsible for the shipping costs. Once we have received your items back, we will process the exchange or return. Please note: We do not pay back the shipping costs of the first shipment.
